Step up to the challenge at the OPEN Four Nations Championships , an exhilarating powerlifting event promoted by David Thomas and Dayle Longford. No membership is needed, its an open comp everyone is welcome to determine who is the STRONGEST NATION, it’s a day filled with power, passion, and unparalleled energy.

• Competition is open to anybody no membership needed.
• Run under GPC rules and referees,  2022 RULEBOOK | GPC-GB (gpcgb.com)
• GPC-GB Records can be broken with a valid GPC-GB membership.
• Competition is sanctioned and will be on Powerlifting Rankings (openpowerlifting.org)
• UK's first STRICT CURL competition in the break. Based on biggest weight lifted in your catagory.

Competition Entry Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability Waiver: In consideration of my entry being accepted, I, along with my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby waive and release any and all claims for damages or injuries that I may incur against GPC-GB, the organisers, volunteers, venue owners, their representatives, successors, and assignees. This release applies to any injuries or harm I may suffer while participating in any IPLUK events. I confirm that I am aware of the risks involved in my participation and declare that, to the best of my knowledge, I am physically fit and capable of participating in this event.
2. Health Assurance: I confirm that, to my knowledge, there are no health-related reasons or conditions, known or unknown, that should prevent my participation in this event.
3. Entry Fee and Conditions: I acknowledge that my entry fee is payable today. Failure to make payment on the same day as this entry means my place is not secured. I understand that entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other competitions under any circumstances. Payments are to be made via PayPal or bank transfer as per the instructions below. Please include your name and the specific competition in the payment's message section. Entries will close once all categories are full.
4. Collection of Awards: The League will not hold or post any medals, trophies, or other competition winnings if not collected during the award ceremony on the event day.
5. Membership Verification: All competitors wishing to break GPC-GB Records must present their membership card at the weigh-in. Failure to do so will result in the competitor being ineligible to break records.
6. Entry Limitations: Please note that only 60 competitors will be accepted for each event day. Entries will close as soon as the limit is reached for each day.
7. Refund and Transfer Policy: Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, including event postponement and cancellation.
