Hosted at the renowned FIT XPO in Coventry, it’s a day filled with power, determination, and a thriving lifting community.

This will commemorate 10 years since Sam Standerwick sadly passed away due to heart failure in his sleep.  There will also be prizes for best Bench & Deadlift Male and Female on wilks and also greatest weight lifted by a Male and female lifter.

What’s the split?

ALL  FEMALE LIFTERS ALL CLASSES  &  MALE JUNIOR+TEEN LIFTERS will lift on the Saturday  21st

ALL  MALE OPEN + MASTER lifters will lift on the Sunday 22nd.

NO ON THE DAY WEIGH INS. All weigh ins are 24hrs before.

Weigh-In Times – Please note: Twenty-four hours prior to the competition, the competition starts at 10 a.m., the weigh-in will be scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. on the preceding day. Additionally, there is an afternoon weigh-in from 5 to 6 p.m. on that day. On the day of the competition itself, there will be no on the day weigh in.
