Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number (if you give it), the items, sizes and colours you order, any order notes, and the payment status of your order. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To take payment, have your order made and delivered, and send you order emails – because this is necessary for our contract with you.
- To handle cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges and complaints – necessary for our contract with you and to meet our legal obligations as a seller.
- To keep financial and tax records – because the law requires us to.
- To prevent fraud and payment misuse – in our legitimate interests in protecting our shop and customers.
You need to give us your name, contact details and UK delivery address to place an order; without them we cannot make and deliver it. We do not use your order details for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, our payment provider, which processes your card payment and screens for fraud. Card details are entered into Stripe’s payment form and go directly to Stripe. Stripe’s own privacy policy explains how it uses data.
- Xplosive Ape, our fulfilment partner, which receives your name, delivery address and order details so it can make and post your items.
- Delivery carriers used by our fulfilment partner, which receive your name and delivery address.
- Google, which provides the Gmail inbox where we receive order notifications and customer emails.
- Fasthosts, which hosts this website and provides its outgoing email service.

How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for the applicable statutory accounting and tax record-keeping period.
