Delivery
UKIPL merchandise is made to order and dispatched by our fulfilment partner. Estimated dispatch within 5 working days and delivery within 7 working days of ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery is free. We currently accept UK orders only.
Changed your mind? Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days, starting the day after you receive your items. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start the day after the last parcel arrives. You can also cancel before your order is delivered.
Our standard garments and caps are made after you order, but this does not affect your right to cancel.
To cancel, email us at powerliftingukipl@gmail.com with your name, order number and the items you are returning. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
Sending items back
After telling us, please send the items back within 14 days to:

Please include your name and order number in the parcel. If you are returning items because you changed your mind or need a different size, you pay the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or within 14 days of you sending us evidence that you have posted them, whichever is earlier. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, we will refund you within 14 days of you telling us. Refunds are made to your original payment method, and we do not charge a fee for refunds.
You can unpack and try on items as you would in a shop. If an item has been worn or handled more than that, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value, as the law allows.
Exchanging for a different size
If you need a different size, email us at powerliftingukipl@gmail.com. We will arrange the exchange with our fulfilment partner and confirm the next steps by email. You pay the return postage for size exchanges. If you would prefer a refund, you can cancel within the 14 days described above.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please email us at powerliftingukipl@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem (a photo helps). We will pay the reasonable cost of returning it, and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your legal rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that does not fix the problem, a refund or a price reduction.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
