About us
The UKIPL online shop is run by DL Fitness (“we”, “us”), trading as UKIPL. You can contact us by email at powerliftingukipl@gmail.com. Our business and returns address is DL Fitness, 207 Wellington Road, Rhyl, LL18 1LR. We are not registered for VAT.
These terms apply to UKIPL merchandise bought through this website’s shop. UKIPL memberships are sold separately through the membership pages and are not covered by these terms.
Our products
Our garments and caps are made to order by our fulfilment partner, Xplosive Ape, after you order. Each product page shows the item’s description, price, available sizes and colours. Product photos show the design; small differences in colour or print placement can occur between screens and printed garments.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. UK delivery is free, so the total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. Payment is made by card through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
How to order and when the contract is made
- Choose your size and colour and add items to your basket.
- Go to the checkout and enter your contact and UK delivery details.
- Check your order. You can change items in your basket, and correct your details on the checkout page, at any time before you place the order.
- Place the order and pay. Placing the order means you agree to pay.
- We will email you to confirm we have received your order. The contract between you and us is made when we send that confirmation email.
Orders and these terms are in English. We keep a record of your order, and your confirmation email includes your order details. You can save or print this page for your records.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, for example because an item can no longer be made, we will tell you by email and refund any payment in full.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, and delivery is free. Estimated dispatch is within 5 working days and delivery within 7 working days of ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If we have not agreed a delivery date with you, we will deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being made. The items are your responsibility once they have been delivered to you or to someone you have named to receive them.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your items. You can also cancel before your order is delivered. Our standard garments and caps are made after you order, but this does not affect your right to cancel. Our Returns and Refunds page explains how to cancel, how to send items back, who pays return postage and when you will be refunded, and includes a cancellation form you can use.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at powerliftingukipl@gmail.com. Your rights are summarised on our Returns and Refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
